[DISCLOSURE] Kolon Global (003070) said on Oct. 21 that it has signed a deal worth 60.8 billion won (US$53.5 million) with Daehan Real Estate Trust to construct a residential building in South Chungcheong Province.

The deal amounts to 2.01 percent of the firm’s revenue in 2015 and expires June 3, 2019.
