[DISCLOSURE] NI Steel (008260) announced on Oct. 11 that its affiliate, Changhwa Steel, has acquired NI Steel‘s 30,000 shares, a 0.11 percent stake of the company.

The affiliate now owns NI Steel’s 3.85 percent stake.
