[DISCLOSURE] Dongnam Marine Crane (101000) said on Sept. 29 that its largest shareholder GMC has signed stock loan quasi-mortgage contract with Pepper Savings Bank and Aju Savings Bank, which might change its status as shareholder within the firm.
GMC has offered 3,610,834 shares of DMC worth 5 billion won (US$4.6 million) to Pepper Savings Bank and 1,805,417 shares worth 10 billion won (US$9.1 million) to Aju Savings Bank.
