[DISCLOSURE] Shinsegae Engineering & Construction (034300) said on Sept. 22 that it has signed a contract worth 116.6 billion won (US$105.7 million) with its affiliate and largest shareholder, E-Mart (139480), to build a new facility in Gyeonggi Province.

The deal amounts to 10.7 percent of the firm’s revenue in 2015 and expires Feb. 28, 2019.
