[DISCLOSURE] NHN Entertainment (181710) said on Sept. 20 that it has acquired 832,978 additional shares of NHN KCP (060250) at the price of 19,350 won (US$17.40) per share.

NHN Entertainment’s stake in the online payment firm has increased from 25.19 percent (4,553,287 shares) to 29.80 percent (5,386,265 shares), following the event.
