[DISCLOSURE] Dongkuk Industries (005160) said on Sept. 22 that it has decided to sell off its 3,219,332 shares of subsidiary, Dongkuk S&C (100130) for 23.2 billion won (US$21 million).

This amounts to 5.1 percent of its equity capital.
