[DISCLOSURE] AP Systems (054620) announced on Sept. 21 that it has decided on a capital increase of 60 billion won (US$54.4 million) through third-party allotment.

A total of 3,000,000 shares will be offered to Kookmin Bank, Mirae Asset Daewoo, and Arges SG.
