[DISCLOSURE] Seven Star Works (121800) stated on Sept. 13 that it has decided to raise 999 million won (US$ 889,987) in capital through third-party allotment.
A total of 15,150 shares will be offered at the price of 6,660 won per share and the listing date is Oct. 7.
