[DISCLOSURE] Hanil Vacuum (123840) said on Sept. 12 that it has decided to acquire 2% stake (666,667 shares) in Emmaus Life Sciences, a US-based biopharmaceutical company, for 3.3 billion won (US$3 million) to expand its business.
This amounts to 6.43 percent of the firm’s equity capital.
