[DISCLOSURE] Meta Biomed (059210) said on Sept. 12 that it has decided to sign a trust contract with Hyundai Securities (003450) to repurchase up to 1 billion won (US$900,333) of its stock. The aim is to stabilize its stock price and boost shareholders value.
The contract expires Sept. 11, 2017.
