[DISCLOSURE] Chungho Comnet (012600) said on Sept. 8 that it has decided to dispose 10 percent stake (28,000 shares) in its affiliate, Sewon for 3.5 billion won (US$3.2 million) to improve its financial structure.

This amounts to 13.14 percent of its equity capital in 2015.
