[DISCLOSURE] Curocom (040350) announced on Sept. 7 that it plans to participate in its affiliate, Sumagen’s 6.7 billion won (US$6.1 million) capital increase to finance its AIDS vaccine development.
Sumagen plans to issue 1.4 million new shares and Curocom will own 64.78 percent stake in the lab, following the purchase.
