[DISCLOSURE] Telcon (200230) said on Sept. 6 that it has obtained 1,360,000 stocks of its affiliate, Vivozon. The amount is 7.2 billion won (US$6.5 million).

Telcon‘s stake in the company has increased to 45.29 percent to 33.4 percent.
