[DISCLOSURE] Fila Korea (081660) said on Sept. 2 that its subsidiary, Magnus Holdings has decided to acquire 1,646,524 shares of Acushnet Holdings for 300.3 billion won (US$270.7 million).

The shares amount to 20% stake in the Acushnet Holdings, a golf equipment manufacturer.
