[DISCLOSURE] Seohee Construction (035890) said on Sept. 2 that it has signed a contract worth 148.91 billion won (US$ 133.2 million) with Hwaseong Housing Cooperative Promotion Committee to build Seohee Starhills apartment complex in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province.
The deal amounts to 14.13 percent of the firm’s revenue and expires June. 30, 2019.
