[DISCLOSURE] Charm Engineering (009310) said on Sept. 2 that it has signed a contract worth 10.1 billion won (US$9 million) with Samsung Display to supply flat panel display manufacturing equipment.

The contract cost is worth 5.15 percent of the company's last year sales. The contract expires on Dec. 15.
