[DISCLOSURE] Tongyang Cement and Energy (038500) announced on Aug. 25 that it plans to absorb its wholly owned subsidiary, Solomon TS through a 1:0 stock swap.
The companies will merge on Nov. 11 and Tongyang C&T will own 100 percent stake in Solomon TS.
