[DISCLOSURE] Halla (014790) announced on Aug. 22 that it has signed a contract worth 47.2 billion won (US$42.1 million) with Mizien to build a residency in Yeouido, western Seoul.
The deal amounts to 2.54 percent of the firm’s 2015 revenue and expires 27 months after initiation of construction.
