The first giant panda twins to be born in South Korea, Hui Bao and Lui Bao, have moved into a new home, the Everland theme park and zoo said Thursday.

Born at the zoo in 2023, the young pandas now reside at the Panda Second House, built exclusively for them on a 1,200-square-meter site next to Panda World. The new facilities include both indoor and outdoor enclosures along with private resting areas.

Everland will open the newly built panda house to the public Friday, in time for the Chuseok holidays, it said.
