[DISCLOSURE] Soribada (053110) announced on Aug. 22 that its largest shareholder Blue Investment has made an agreement with Sejong Mutual Savings Bank to put up its shares as collateral for a 4.4 billion won (US$3.9 million) loan.
Blue Investment will offer 1,786,300 shares equivalent to 5.08 percent of Soribada's entire stake.
