[DISCLOSURE] Panstar Enterprise (054300) announced on Aug. 17 that it has signed a 5.3 billion won (US$4.8 million) contract with its affiliate, Panstar on ship chartering.
The deal amounts to 22.29 percent of the firm’s 2015 revenue and expires Aug. 16, 2019.
