Former President Yoon Suk Yeol arrived at the Seoul Central District Court in southern Seoul on Monday morning for the third hearing of his criminal insurrection trial.
It was his first public appearance at the proceedings after the court revoked earlier permission allowing him to use the underground entrance to avoid media coverage.
On his way to the courthouse, the deposed leader remained silent in response to questions from reporters and supporters who had gathered to see him.
