[DISCLOSURE] Finetek (131760) announced on Aug. 4 that it has acquired 1,993,866 shares worth 6.5 billion won (US$5.8 million) in Sekwang Technology by participating in capital increase via third-party allocation.
Finetek currently holds 87.75 percent stake in the firm.
