KB No.9 SPAC’s major shareholder sells off stake

[DISCLOSURE] KB No.9 SPAC (232270) said on Aug. 2 that its major shareholder, KB Investment & Securities sold 353,023 shares (2.14 percent) of its stock.

KB Investment & Securities’ stake has declined from 3,530,648 shares (21.40 percent) to 3,177,625 shares (19.26 percent).
