[DISCLOSURE] Shinhan Capital (055550) reported on Aug. 1 that is has acquired a 5.26 percent stake in Fine SemiTech (036810), or 909,399 shares via convertible bonds.
The firm’s affiliate Shinhan Investment purchased 9,511 shares and Shinhan Capital took over 899,888 convertible bonds.
