- 600 grams pork ribs
- Ingredients for Boiling the Ribs
- 1.5 liters water
- 10 whole black peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
Seasoning Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons tonkatsu sauce
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons rice wine
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- A pinch of black pepper
Topping Ingredients:
- A pinch of chopped nuts

Instructions

In a pot, add the pork ribs and water. Bring to a boil over high heat and boil for 20 minutes.

Remove the ribs from the pot and discard the boiling water.
