[DISCLOSURE] ViroMed (084990) announced on Oct. 26 that it has decided to raise 139.3 billion won (US$123.1 million) in capital by issuing 1,650,000 new shares and offering them to its shareholders.

The payment date and listing date are Nov. 4 and 7, respectively.
