[DISCLOSURE] Dongbu Corporation (005960) said on Oct. 17 that it has decided on a capital increase via third-party allotment to improve financial structure.

A total of 10,769 new shares will be issued to Seoul Guarantee Insurance Company and Daelim Industrial (000210) at the price of 5,000 won (US$4.38) per share.
