[DISCLOSURE] Fantagio (032800), an entertainment agency, announced on Oct. 12 that it has signed a contract to hand over around 13.52 million shares worth 30 billion won (US$ 26.59 million) of Savoy E&M and two others to Gold Finance Korea at the price of 2,202 won per share.
