[DISCLOSURE] Selvas Healthcare (208370) said on Oct. 10 that it has signed a trust contract with Hana Financial Investment to repurchase its stocks up to 1 billion won (US$902,608).
The aim is to stabilize its stock price and boost shareholder value. The deal expires April 7, 2017.
