[DISCLOSURE] Dongbu Corporation (005960) said on Oct. 6 that it has signed a contract worth 59 billion won (US$53 million) with KAIT (123890), also known as Korea Asset in Trust, to build a residential complex in North Gyeongsang Province.

The deal amounts to 8.44 percent of the firm’s revenue in 2015.
