[DISCLOSURE] Financial solutions provider, Chungho Comnet (012600) announced on Oct. 6 that it is to acquire around 10.75 million shares of Imagine Asia (036260), a management agency.
After the acquisition, Chungho Comnet will own 21.83 percent stake of Imagine Asia.
