[DISCLOSURE] KCC Engineering & Construction (021320) said on Oct. 5 that it has signed a contract worth 91.5 billion won (US$82.1 million) with its largest shareholder, KCC (002380) to build a flat glass facility in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province.

The deal amounts to 9.44 percent of the firm’s revenue and expires August, 2018.
