[DISCLOSURE] OCI (010060) said on Sept. 28 that it has decided to acquire 50,000,000 shares of Tokuyama Malaysis Sdn. Bhd., a polysilicon firm for 26.5 billion won (US$24.1 million). The shares amount to 16.5 percent stake in the Malaysia-based company.

The deal amounts to 0.8 percent of its equity capital.
