[DISCLOSURE] Heerim Architects & Planners (037440) said on Sept. 28 that it has signed a design-build contract worth 15.8 billion (US$14.4 million) for reconstruction of Eunma Apartment Complex in Gangnam.
The deal amounts to 11.63 percent of the firm’s revenue in 2015 and expires June 30, 2023.
