[DISCLOSURE] Coway (021240) announced on Sept. 20 that it has decided to retire its 744,283 shares.

The company also signed a trust contract with Hana Financial Investment to repurchase its stocks worth 70 billion won (US$62.44 million). The contract preriod is from Sept. 20 to March 20, 2017.
