Shin Ramyun makes a splash on the Thames

A giant cup of noodles takes a Thames cruise as Nongshim floats a 6-meter-tall Shin Ramyun cup sculpture through London on Tuesday. Traveling from Royal Docks past the London Eye and Big Ben, the installation featured oversized chopsticks, steam effects and nighttime lighting under the slogan “Work done. Day done. SHIN ME.” The campaign invited consumers to unwind with ramyeon after work and promoted “SHIN TO WIN,” a scratch-card giveaway running at UK retailers through Oct. 31. (Nongshim)
