Hyundai Engineering & Construction has launched Hillstate Godeok Ellist, a 1,779-home apartment development near Samsung Electronics’ Pyeongtaek Campus in Gyeonggi Province.

Located in Godeok International New Town, the development occupies two blocks in the Godeok Internationalization District. Block A12 will have 942 homes in buildings up to 23 stories, while A65 will contain 837 homes in buildings up to 27 stories. All units have 84 square meters of floor space.

Most homes feature four-bay layouts designed to improve natural light and ventilation. Every unit includes a multipurpose room, with selected layouts offering large walk-in closets and entrance pantries. Residents will also have private storage for bulky household items.

Shared amenities include a fitness center, indoor golf practice area, group exercise room and library, alongside child care, senior and community care facilities.

Transport links include Seojeong-ri Station on Seoul Subway Line 1 and Pyeongtaek Jije SRT Station. A bus rapid transit stop is planned near the development.

Nearby schools include Minse Elementary School, Minse Middle School and Songtan High School. Additional elementary and middle schools are planned, along with an education town expected to include an international school.

The apartments are subject to Korea’s price ceiling system for new homes, Hyundai E&C said.
