Girl group Lightsum will unveil the main track from its Japan debut album in advance, its agency Cube Entertainment said Wednesday.
The six-member group will release the EP “Re:idol” on Sept. 23 and drop the single “Doshite” on Sept. 16. The prerelease portrays the ups and downs of having a crush, mixing in cute dance moves.
After the album release, the group will visit Sapporo to participate in a music festival, followed by meet-and-greets with fans in the city as well as in Tokyo and Osaka.
A documentary about Lightsum’s Japanese debut preparations is airing on Ameba, a Japanese OTT platform.
