TXT’s Yeonjun to release Michael Buble cover

Yeonjun of Tomorrow X Together is set to release his cover of Michael Buble’s 2005 hit song “Home” online on Tuesday, according to label Big Hit Music.

Yeonjun sang the ballad on “The Seasons,” a live music show hosted by singer Sung Si-kyung, last month, saying that it was the song that earned him the first nod for his music abilities when he was a trainee.

The idol has been building up his solo career. He released his second solo EP, “No Labels: Part 02,” in July and it entered the Billboard 200 at No. 16, the highest spot for a K-pop solo act this year. The six-track EP sold over 730,000 copies in the first week, a record for a K-pop solo album released this year.

Meanwhile, TXT is set to perform at the Global Citizen Festival in New York next month, as the only K-pop act lineup.
