[DISCLOSURE] Hanil Vacuum (123840) said on Sept. 12 that it has decided to raise 1.1 billion won (US$989,466) in capital through third-party allotment.
A total of 271,604 new shares will be issued at the price of 4,050 won per share and the listing date is Oct. 25.
