[DISCLOSURE] Miwon Chemicals (134380) said on Sept. 8 that it plans to retire 40,000 recently repurchased shares of its own on Sept. 12.

The firm has been repurchasing its treasury stocks worth 2.8 billion won (US$2.6 million) from Aug. 16 to Sept. 7.
