[DISCLOSURE] Avista (090370) said on Sept. 5 that it has decided to issue 17 million new stocks to existing shareholders at the ratio of 1:0.734940992 for capital increase of 18 billion won (US$16.3 million).
The employee stock ownership association will be offered 20 percent of the new shares ahead of others. The price per share is 1,060 won and is expected to be finalized on Nov. 7.
