[DISCLOSURE] Samho (001880) said on Aug. 31 that it has signed a construction contract to build residential buildings in Wonju, Gangwon Province.
The contract cost is 50.8 billion won (US$45.35 million), which is equivalent to 5.69 percent of the company's sales.
