An international trade fair for Korean instant noodles is underway at Songdo Convensia, Incheon, bringing together key players across the industry and serving as a platform for global expansion.

Opened Thursday and running through Sunday, the 2026 Korea Ramyeon Expo, organized by the Incheon Metropolitan Government, showcases a wide range of products and technologies, from instant and fresh noodles to cooking equipment and sanitation systems. Export consultation programs with overseas buyers are also on offer through pre-arranged meetings and on-site sessions, organizers said Thursday.
