The observatory facility at Incheon Cheongna Sky Bridge, which connects Yeongjongdo — home to Incheon International Airport — with the mainland, is set to open next month.
The site will feature an “edge walk” attraction, allowing visitors to step onto an open-air platform overlooking the Yellow Sea.
The observatory has been recognized by Guinness World Records and the US-based World Record Committee as the world’s highest observatory on a sea bridge.
Ahead of its official opening, visitors were seen testing the edge-walk experience on March 25, offering a preview of what is expected to become a new landmark attraction west of Seoul.
