[DISCLOSURE] Humedix (200670) announced on Aug. 29 that it has signed a trust contract with Korea Investment & Securities (071050) to repurchase up to 3 billion won (US$2.6 million) of its stock to stabilize its stock price and boost shareholder value.
The contract expires March 2, 2017.
