[DISCLOSURE] Kumho Petrochemical (011780) announced on Aug. 24 that it has agreed to lend 6.2 billion won (US$5.5 million) to its affiliate, Korea Energy Power Plant, to aid in the purchase of stake in a school solar farm in Gangwon Province.
The annual interest rate stands at 4.6 percent.
