[DISCLOSURE] Hyundai Paint (011720) said on Aug. 23 that it has decided on a capital increase through third-party allocation to raise 5 billion won (US$4.4 million won).

Tronic Holdings and Chelsea Vision No.1 investment partnership will participate in the event.
