[DISCLOSURE] Y-Entec (067900) said on Aug. 19 that it has decided to issue 3,500,000 new stocks worth 11.1 billion won (US$9.9 million) to raise capital. The stocks will be offered to existing shareholders first.
The price per share is 3,180 won and the listing date is Nov. 3.
